摘要 固体推进剂组分相容性是评价其贮存安定性和使用可靠性的重要指标,本文在简要介绍相容性机理的基础上,综述了评价相容性的实验法及模拟法研究进展。根据体系是否发生化学反应,将相容性分为物理相容性和化学相容性,物理相容性的评定方法有接触角/界面张力测量仪测量法、静置分层法、平衡溶胀法和分子模拟法,特别论述了采用分子模拟法评价物理相容性的优缺点及应用前景;化学相容性的评定方法多采用真空安定性测试与差式扫描量热联用法,多种方法综合评价的结果更为准确。 Component compatibility of solid propellant is an important index for evaluating its storage stability and operational reliability.On the basis of brief introduction to the mechanism and criteria of compatibility,progress on the study of compatibility with experiments and molecular simulations was mainly discussed.Compatibility can be divided into physical compatibility and chemical compatibility,according to the types of reaction.The former was evaluated by contact angle/tension measurement device,static stratification method,equilibrium swelling method and molecular simulation method.Molecular dynamics and mesoscopic simulation can be used as one of the most promising methods for predicting physical compatibility.The combination of VST and DSC also be used to evaluate the chemical compatibility.The results of comprehensive evaluation by virtue of various methods are most believable.
