摘要
提出了一种战时民用机场组成单元重要度的评估方法。从毁伤威胁、目标属性、防护能力三个方面建立了战时民用机场体系组成单元重要度评估框架,采用AHM法及CRITIC法评估指标占比,结合灰色模糊数学方法,构建了民用机场体系组成单元重要度评估模型,并以某机场塔台为例进行了应用示范,得出民用机场体系组成单元重要度评估结果。
This paper proposed a method for judging important units of wartime civil airports.From the three aspects of damage threat,target attribute and protection ability,the evaluation framework of the importance unit of the civil airport system in wartime was established.The AHM method and CRITIC method were used to evaluate the proportion of indicators.Combined with the Grey fuzzy mathematics method,an important evaluation model for the composition of the civil airport system were constructed.The importance evaluation model was carried out with an airport tower as an example,and the results of the evaluation of the importance of the components of the civil airport system were obtained.
