多激光SLM成形件表面粗糙度研究 被引量:4

摘要 提出通过单激光SLM设备模拟多激光SLM成形过程,以设备默认最优工艺参数成形的两组不同合金为研究对象,对激光每层一次、二次、四次扫描的SLM成形试样表面粗糙度进行分析对比,研究熔池搭接和粉末熔化程度对表面粗糙度的影响,寻找不同激光扫描次数下粗糙度的变化规律。实验结果表明激光二次扫描的试样表面粗糙度能够得到有效改善,而激光四次扫描的试样表面粗糙度大幅增加。 Aiming at the problem of rough surface topography caused by spheroidization and warping modality in the overlap area of laser melting forming large-size parts for multi-laser,the multi-laser SLM forming technology simulated by single laser device was carried out to study the surface quality of the molded parts.Taking two groups of different alloys formed in the optimal process parameters as the research object.The surface roughness of SLM forming samples of 2 scans,4 scans and one scan of each layer of the laser was compared.The effect of molten pool lap and the degree of powder melting on the surface roughness was studied,and the variation of the roughness under different laser scanning times was sought.The experimental results show that the surface roughness of the sample after two scans can be effectively improved,and the surface roughness of sample after four scans is greatly increased.
