摘要
分析了超临界流体技术的特性,超临界快速膨胀技术、超临界抗溶剂技术和气体饱和溶液微粒形成技术的原理、工艺和特点,以及在制备微胶囊,特别是含能材料微胶囊中的应用。
This paper introduced the characteristics of supercritical fluid technology,the principle,process and characteristics of rapid expansion of supercritical fluid solution(RESS),Supercritical fluid AntiSolvent(SAS)technology and Particles from Gas-Saturated Solutions(PGSS)technology.At same time,their applications were presented in the preparation of microcapsules,especially energetic materials microcapsules,and analyzed and compared these methods.
