摘要
4例特发性不育男子服用氯米芬每日100mg 3周后,LH脉冲的平均基础分泌水平(由18.6±0.2至54.7±0.6IU/L)和频率(脉冲数由3.5±0.1至6.3±0.3/gh)比对照期均显著增高;脉冲幅高亦增加(由15.8±0.5至22.6±0.3IU/L),但差异无显著性。上述结果是内源性雌激素反馈抑制作用被解除的反映,说明雌激素对调节男子的促性腺激素分泌有重要作用。
After 3 weeks of administration of 100 mg clom phene citrate daily, four idiopathic infertile men showed that the mean level of basal LH (from 18.6±0.2 IU/L to 54.7±0.6IU/L)and LH pulse frequency (from 3.5±0.1 pulses / 8h to 6.3±0.3 pulses / 8h) were significantly higher than that in control peroid (both P<0.01). The amplitude was also increased (from 15.8±0.5 IU / Lto 22,6±0.3 IU / L), but not significant enough (0.05<P<0.10). These data showed the efiect of removal of feedback inhibition of estrogen, and suggested that the estrogen played an important role on the regulation of gonadotrqpin accretion in male. The site of action was mainly at the hypothalamus.
