摘要
本文结合企业外部经济环境变化 ,探讨股票期权对经理人的激励效应及其问题。论文首先从股票期权是对经理人的一种长期激励报酬角度 ,分析了股票期权对经理人的激励效应 ;然后 ,深入分析了股票期权对经理人激励中存在的几个主要问题 ;最后 ,针对这些问题 ,论文联系我国实际 。
This article studied incentive effects of stock option on executives in terms of external economic environment changes of enterprises. The study began with stock option as a program of long term executive compensation, then analyzed the main incentive problems of executive stock option, finally worked out solutions to the incentive problems in relation to the practices context in China.
