回顾了项目管理发展的起因和历程 ,并根据现代项目管理自身的性质 ,论述了现代项目管理全球化、多元化、专业化等特点 ;通过分析项目管理在我国发展的历程 ,对我国如何加快项目管理的发展 ,推进项目管理的实践提出了针对性的对策 ,如加快我国项目管理国际化步伐、积极推行证书制等 。

This paper reviews the cause and the course of Project Management, and expounds its peculiarities according to the nature of modern Project Management, such as globalization, diversification, and specialization. With analyzing the course of Project Management in China, the paper puts forward some countermeasures, which include accelerating internationalization of domestic Project Management and carrying out certificate system actively, in order to accelerate the development and further practice of Project Management in our country and to promote the overall development of domestic Project Management.
