新农村建设的实施效果及发展方向

The study of the effects and the developing of the new rural construction

当前新农村建设正在全国范围内如火如荼的进行,但是各种矛盾交织在一起,影响着农村经济的增长和整个社会的和谐发展。笔者总结了新农村建设实施后的效果和存在的问题;并剖析了国外新农村建设的发展模式和实施效果对我国新农村建设的借鉴意义,为新一阶段新农村建设的实施指明了正确的方向,有利于农村资源的合理利用和农村经济的迅速发展。

Now, the construction of new countryside is being conducted in full swing across the country, but various social contradictions are intertwined conflicts, which have seriously affected the growth of the rural economy and the harmanious development of the whole society. This paper analyzed the effects and the problems, and comparatively studied the building model and effects of rural development of abroad to analyze its direction to China's new rural development. This paper gives the new phase of the construction of the rural areas a right direction and road and ensures to the rational utilization of rural resources and the rapid development of the rural economy .
