On Social System and Environment,Learning Ability and Social Responsibility of the Development of Entrepreneurs

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,企业家成长的问题已经成为一个热门话题。这篇论文结合中国企业和企业家成长的实际,论述了企业家精神的本质特征,分析了社会制度与环境对企业家成长和企业家精神产生的巨大影响,从四个方面指出了培育企业家精神的重要性。

Along with the gradual maturity of socialist market economic sys- tem in China,the issue of entrepreneur development is becoming a hot topic for re- search.Based on the fact of Chinese enterprises and the development of en- trepreneurs in China,this paper discusses the real characters of'Entrepreneur- ship'.The paper analyzes the impact of social system and environment that give birth to the development of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship and points out the importance to breed entrepreneurship from four aspects.
