摘要
在技术创新组织中,技术创新人员是其最为核心的资源。技术研发人员的管理是技术创新组织管理的关键之一。本文主要研究企业技术创新组织中技术研发人员的管理,即研究如何通过提高技术研发人员的满意度来激励技术研发人员,以充分发挥其积极性、主动性和创造性。本文首先构建技术研发人员满意度模型,然后在三个层面上分析影响技术研发人员创新绩效的因素。从实际出发,剖析当前我国企业技术研发人员管理中普遍存在的困惑,并对如何有效领导与管理企业技术研发人员提出对策建议。
In innovative companies,technological employees are the most important assets.This paper will mainly focus on the managerial issues on employees who are specialized in research and development.The research will concentrate on studying how companies can satisfy these employees.The major purpose lies on the improvement of these employees' productivity.The paper will present a satisfaction model for the technological employees and study their performance from three perspectives.The problems of employee satisfaction in Chinese business contexts will be observed and analyzed.The recommendation on management of these employees will be proposed.
