理性应对“后配额时代”

Rationally Facing"Post-Quota Era"

中国加入 WTO 后,专业的外贸公司面临着许多机遇和挑战。2005年"后配额时代"的到来标志着贸易自由化有了实质性的进展,但是要真正实现贸易自由化仍然有一个漫长的过程。笔者认为,尽管"后配额时代"为中国的纺织品贸易提供了很多机遇,但可能出现一些问题。本文讨论了如何抓住机遇求发展和如何理性应对可能面临的问题。

Professional international import and export companies have been faced many opportunities as well as challenges.The coming of'post-quota era'in 2005 symbolizes the substantial development of trade liberalization; there is still a long way to go for the realization of trade liberalization.The au- thor believes that some possible problems might come up though'post-quota era'provides many opportunities for Chinese textile industry.This paper dis- cusses how to seize the opportunities to develop and how to rationally solve possible problems that we will face.
