中国银企关系合约的非市场化性质分析

银企关系是银行和企业之间维持交易进行的一系列合约的连接。经典的理论说明市场化的银企关系是最有效率的合约形式。中国的银企关系合约具有不完备性与非市场化的特点,本文尝试给出了一个分析框架,并认为构建良好的市场化银企关系的关键在于建设完备的市场化合约,设计科学的激励机制和公司治理结构,以及引入充分的竞争等。

The Bank-corporation relation is a connection of a series of contracts.Classical theory insists that the pattern of the market-oriented Bank- corporation relation is not efficient.This article attempts to give an analysis framework to interpret the in complete contract in China.And the conclusion is that the key questions in constructing complete and market-oriented Bank-corporation are to design scientific incentive mechanism and introduce full competition.
