摘要
对中国人力资本存量进行估计是正确估计人力资本对经济增长影响程度的前提。本文首先对估计人力资本存量的不同文献进行了总结和评述,并由此给出本文估计所使用的方法即形成基础法;在对形成基础法进行说明的基础上,我们利用相关数据,对中国1978～2001年的人力资本存量进行了估计,并将估计结果与相关的文献进行了比较和讨论。
To assess China's human capital reserve is the precondition of accurately assessing how human capital affects economic growth.We first summarize and review different literatures on assessment of human capital reserve, then give formulation base method which we use in this paper.Based on the illustration of this method,we use relevant data to assess human capital reserve from 1978 to 2001 in China,followed by comparison and discussion of assessment results and relevant literatures.
