A Comparative Study of Decision Method of Managers in Dilemma in Chinese State-owned Enterprises and Private-owned Enterprise

决策是管理的核心,一个正确或错误的决策将会决定一个企业的命运。本文是对中国国营企业和私营企业管理者的两难困境中决策方法的的比较研究,通过实证研究,了解他们在两难困境中决策方法的相似点和差异性,得出相关有意义的结论。

Making decision is the core of management. A right or wrong decision can determine the fate of a firm.This paper presents a comparative study of deci- sion method of managers in dilemma in Chinese state- owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises. Through empirical research,we explore similarity and difference of decision-making in dilemma and conclude with some interesting points.
