摘要
本文在系统回顾组织学习理论文献的基础上,从组织学习的基本定义出发,对组织学习领域的个人学习成果简单整合视角、系统化学习过程视角、组织文化氛围视角、知识管理视角和持续创新视角等五类研究视角进行了分析,探讨了在以创新与变革为主要特征的知识经济时代组织学习研究的发展趋势,从六个方面指出创新组织学习相对于传统组织学习的研究焦点变革所在。
This paper reviews the conceptual frame- work of organizational learning,and identifies five study perspectives in this field in the existing litera- ture,namely,focusing on integrating of individual learning,systematical learning processes,organiza- tional culture climate,knowledge management,and continuous innovation.Furthermore,this paper ana- lyzes the development trends in the field of organiza- tional learning under the knowledge-based economy which are characterized by innovation and transforma- tion,and puts forward that we should focus on six as- pects of change in organizational learning compared to traditional organizational learning.
