农村初中教育资金利用效率研究

Study on Utilization Efficiency of Educational Funds in Rural Junior Middle Schools

个案研究表明,在农村初中的教育资金利用效率方面,由高至低的排序依次为:民办初中、充分竞争办学环境下的公办初中、垄断办学环境下的公办初中。只有进行招生、信息公开和监督等制度的创新,才能从根本上提高农村初中教育资金利用效率,缓解我国目前农村初中投入不足的问题。

The case study indicate that the rank of rural junior middle school with utilization efficiency of educational funds from high to low is private school, public school in fully competition environment for running school and public school in monopoly environment for running school.Only by innovating enrollment system,educational information opening system and supervising system can improve the utilization efficiency from fundamental,and alleviate lack of investment in rural junior middle school of our country.
