从厨卫设计的发展看我国城市住宅户型演变

The Evolution of Chinese City Dwelling Unit Type under the development of kitchen-bath design

本文从中国城市住宅中厨卫设计的发展趋势入手,论 述了住宅户型的演变过程,并对未来住宅户型的创新进行了探 讨。厨卫的整合设计越来越受到关注,这种设计理念反映在位宅 户型设计上即人性化设计;设备层的设置适应了厨卫的更新和 灵活布置,同时给予户型设计更大的空间,使之走向多元化;厨 卫设计在功能布置上突破传统空间的局限,将部分功能外移,充 分利用住宅中其他空间,使每个部分的功能都能发挥作用。

In this paper the process of Chinese dwelling unit type's evolution is shaped by analyzing the tendency of Chinese city kitchen bath design. And the possible innovations of dwelling unit type in the future are also discussed in this paper. The integrated kitchen bath disign which stands for the dwelling unit type disign with humanity has gained more and more attentions. The addition of equippment layer makes kitchen bath extensible and gives the dwelling unit type design more flexibility. By moving some function units out of kitchen and bath, modern kitchen bath design extends the limit of traditional designs and makes full use of the other room in the house.
