将华南理工大学建筑设计研究院发展作为研究对象,分析其成长历程、管理制度,人才制度的创新,为国内设计机构的发展提出有益的思考。
This paper introduces the establishment,growth,management patterns,innovations in human resource management of Architectural Design and Research Institute at South China University of Technology. It provides a good reference to the development of architectural design organizations.
