摘要
《中华人民共和国物权法》(以下简称《物权法》)的颁布和实施,直接影响着体现公共利益和政府干预的城乡规划及其管理。笔者将从《物权法》在城市规划管理中如何完善其职能、保障公众利益等方面结合案例进行探析。
The promulgation and implementation of Property Law of People's Republic of China have direct affects on urban planning and administration which reflect public interest and the governmental intervention. With specific examples,this paper explores how to improve the functionality and to secure public benefit in urban planning administration.
