摘要
在热镀锌镀液 (纯Zn、Zn <0 1 %Al、Zn <0 1 %Ni)中添加微量稀土元素 ,对其所形成的锌基合金层在中性及酸性介质中的耐腐蚀性进行了测定。结果表明 ,添加微量稀土元素能大大提高锌合金镀层的耐腐蚀性能 。
The corrosion resistance in neutral and acidic media of the zinc alloy layer is determined.The alloy is formed in a hot dipping melt(pure zinc,Zn <0 1%Al,Zn <0 1%Ni)with some additions of RE elements.The results show that the addition of a trace amount of RE elements can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the zinc alloy layer.The mechanism of REs functions is explored.
