摘要
采用水培试验研究了6个品种大白菜在不同Zn2+浓度下抗氧化酶、脯氨酸、根系活力和锌积累的变化。结果表明:同一Zn浓度不同品种之间地上部干重和地下部干重差异都达到了极显著水平;Zn2+≥20mg.L-1时严重抑制了大白菜的生长,生物量降低了20.7% ̄46.42%;6个品种在Zn2+20mg.L-1时,Zn迁移量都达到最大值(2.54 ̄6.00mg.pot-1);品种1、6在不同Zn2+浓度下,均有较高的干物质积累量,抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸含量、根系活力明显高于其他品种,此2个品种对高浓度的Zn2+具有较好的抗性。
Dynamics of anti-oxidative enzymes,proline contents,root system vigor and Zinc accumulation in 6 cultivars of Chinese cabbage were studied in the solution culture at different Zn concentrations.The results showed that remarkable differences were found in the plant biomass of shoots and roots among different cultivars at identical zinc concentration.When Zn2+≥20 mg·L-1,the growth of Chinese cabbage dramatically decreased,and the total plant biomass decreased by 20.7%~46.24%.The translation of zinc reached to the maximum(2.54~6.00 mg·pot-1) at 20 mg·L-1 Zn2+.In different Zn concentrations,we discovered that number 1 and 6 cultivars of Chinese cabbage had higher plant biomass,higher anti-oxidative enzymes vigor,higher proline content and root system vigor.These two cultivars had better tolerance in higher zinc concentration in our test.
