摘要
通过对溶液培养的番茄植株进行不同浓度的铅处理,研究铅在番茄中的积累及对其生长的影响。结果表明,铅明显抑制番茄植株生长,降低各器官生长量。铅处理下番茄叶片表现不同程度的黄化失绿症状,明显抑制番茄根系生长,降低根系活力。番茄植株可以通过根系吸收铅并在各器官中积累,积累强度表现为:根>茎>叶。铅能显著降低番茄叶片叶绿素含量及光合速率。
Accumulation of Pb as well as growth physiological status in tomatoes grown in solution culture under stress of different Pb concentrations were investigated in the present study.The results showed that growth of tomato was inhibited obviously in the culture solution containing different concentrations of Pb,and biomasses of the each organs for the plant were less than the corresponding parts of the control.Leaf of the tomato appeared chronic symptom with different degrees.It was indicated that the tomato was capable of absorbing Pb via its root.The accumulation and distribution of Pb in the tomato were found to be in an order:root>stem>leaf.Pb significantly decreased contents of chlorophyll(Chl) and photosynthesis rates(Pn) in leaves of the tomato cultivated in solution culture.The heavy metal could inhibit the growth of the plant roots in our test.
