摘要
通过盆栽试验研究了钼、锰及其交互作用下对莴笋生长发育和其体内硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明,两者使莴笋叶绿素增加量从8.1%到28.2%不等,使莴笋产量增加了1.3%到47.5%不等,同时两者均不同程度地使硝酸盐在莴笋中的累积从3.7%下降到29.2%,其中处理7(0.1%Mo+0.5Mn%)在所有处理中对增加莴笋叶绿素含量、促进莴笋生长发育、减少莴笋体内硝酸盐累积和提高莴笋体内硝酸还原酶活性等方面都表现出最佳效果。
Effects of foliar application of molybdenum,manganese on growth of lettuce and reducing nitrate accumulating in lettuce were studied by pot culture experiment.The results showed that all treatments could increase contents of chlorophyll by 8.1%-28.2%,yield of lettuce by 1.3%~47.5% and decrease contents of nitrate in lettuce by 3.7%-29.2%,respectively.In addition,the treatment(0.1%Mo+0.5%Mn) indicated to be the best result in increasing chlorophyll contents,accelerating the growth,reducing the nitrate content and increasing the nitrate reductase(NR) activity of lettuce in this study.
