摘要 从铅锌尾矿上筛选到一株对铅、镉有极强耐受力的真菌(白腐菌),研究了与土壤共培养条件下该真菌促进土壤中铅、镉向可溶态转化的效应。结果表明,培养24 ̄72h,土壤中可溶态铅和可溶态镉一直增加,从第72 ̄96h可溶态铅急剧上升,相反,培养72h以后可溶态镉趋于减少。 A strain of fungi was collected from a tailing mine of Pb-Zn and fortified into a soil contaminated by the metals to reveal solubility of the metals in soil in the presence of the metals.We have discovered that the fungi were capable of increasing amounts of soluble Pb and Cd in the studied soil,and indicated that the soluble Pb and Cd have been increasing gradually until 72 h.Afterwards,Pb increased sharply,in contrast,the soluble Cd decreased much slowly.
