摘要
采用斜板式固液分离-红泥塑料厌氧池工艺处理猪场养殖污水,处理后出水主要指标分别为:CODCr=283mg.L-1、BOD5=122mg.L-1、NH3-N=40mg.L-1、SS=95mg.L-1、TP=6mg.L-1,达到国家畜禽污水排放标准。同时,沼气产生量大,每天可收集60m3沼气。工程运行实践表明,该工艺具有运行稳定、处理效果好、费用低的特点,而且可以回收大量能源,适用于规模化养殖场高浓度有机污水的处理。
The application of swash plate solid and liquid separating machine and red-sludge plastic anaerobic reactor to treat hoggery sewerage is presented in this investigation.It has been indicated that various pollutants in effluent including CODCr 283 mg·L-1,BOD5 122 mg·L-1,NH3-N 40 mg·L-1,SS 95 mg·L-1,TP 6 mg·L-1 were in accordance with the national discharge standards.In addition,the system could produce 60m3 methane per day.It was indicated by the practical operation project that the technique was characterized by high efficiency of treatment,stable water quality of effluent,low expense of operation and producing energy sources.Therefore,the technique is fit to high concentrated hoggery sewerage.
