摘要
论述了微生物肥料在土壤生态系统中的修复和指示作用,通过室内土壤培养试验,研究了微生物肥料对杀虫剂、多环芳烃污染土壤的生态修复作用。结果表明,土壤生态系统中有效菌是促进根系生长的细菌和真菌,尤其真菌的数量是指示土壤生态系统的主要目标。
We researched functions of added biofertilizer that were made in our laboratory in ecological remediation of polluted soil by either insecticide or industrial pollutant.The biofertilizer was incorporated into a soil fortified with either an insecticide aldicarb at 5 mg·kg-1,or pyrene at 20 mg·kg-1,respectively.We discovered that the numbers of microorganisms including mainly bacteria or fungi that are capable of growth-promoting rhizobacteria of plants effectively,in the polluted soil were quickly recovered to the levels of control soil after treatment of 30 days.It may be suggested that the number of bacteria,especially that of fungi be an indicator for polluted soil.
