For educating the creative talented person, according to the education of Massachusettes Institute of Technology in America, the Experiment College change idea, establish the credit system, exert the active of the students, stir up the creative consciousness of the students, and expound that the students take pack in the activities of scientific research play an important role in educating innovation ability.
