CeO<sub>2</sub>/Zn NANOCOMPOSITE COATING BY ELECTRODEPOSITION 被引量:1

摘要 The nanocomposite coating is obtained by electrochemical deposition of the zinc plating solution with ceria nanoparticles (mean diameter 30 nm). The effect of ceria nanoparticles on the electrodeposited zinc coating is stu died by weight loss test, inductively copuled plasma quantometer (ICP), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. It is found that under the same electrodeposition conditions, the corrosion resistance of the nanocomposite coating increases obviously while that of the micron composite coating only improves slightly; The ceria content of the nanocomposite coating is more than that of the micron composite coating. Ceria nanoparticles modify the surface morphology and crystal structure of the zinc matrix in correlation with the increase of corrosion resistance. 将纳米氧化铈颗粒加入镀锌液中进行复合电沉积制得纳米复合涂层。通过失重法、ICP、SEM和 XRD方法探讨了纳米氧化铈颗粒对电沉积锌涂层的影响。结果表明 ,在同样的电沉积条件下 ,纳米复合涂层的耐蚀性明显提高 ,而微米复合涂层的耐蚀性只稍有改善 ;纳米复合涂层中氧化铈的含量高于微米复合涂层中的氧化铈含量 ;纳米氧化铈颗粒改变了锌涂层的表面组织形貌和晶体结构 ,从而提高了涂层的耐蚀性。
