摘要
针对某高温冷藏库库门大量滴水现象,采用简化后的Kiener法计算库门上方墙体的内部结露量,判定其主要成因是,由于库内外温差产生的热压作用在库门开启时形成空气对流致使墙面上产生大量的表面结露。采用库门处势流流场公式计算对流空气所产生的表面结露量,将其与实测滴水量以及Kieper法计算的内部结露量进行了对比,证实本文的成因分析是正确的。
To counter the phenomenon of dropping water with a large quantity on thedoor of a high-temperature cold storage, in this paper, the Kieper method is used for calculating the quantity of internal moisture condensation in the wall above door to determine the main cause of formation,which is the surface moisture condensation with a great quantity on the wall surface above door by the air convection under the heating pressure difference due to the temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The formulae ofpotential flow field nearby the door are also used for calculating the quantity of surfacemoisture condensation by the air convection and then contrast them to the quantity ofdropping water by actual measurement to demonstrate the determination.
