摘要
用8个品种(系)作轮回亲本,分别与太谷核不育(Ta_1)杂交,并各自与后代中的不育株连续回交至8代,然后分别用其中的可育株与宁82109进行正反交,得到8对同核异质的材料。采用三重复随机区组播于田间,并对19个性状进行研究。方差分析和细胞质分化指数分析细胞质效应的结果表明,太谷核不育小麦细胞质与普通小麦细胞质在总体上没有显著的差异。
Eight backcrosses were made with the originalmale-sterile wheat being as female parent and eight cultivars (strains) as reccurrent parents. Reciprocal crosses were made between the fertile plants segregating from the eighth backcross and Ning 82109 so that we got eight pairs of different cytoplasms with the same nucleus. Entries were arranged in randomized complete block design with three replicates. Nineteen traits, including yield and physiological traits, were investigated.The results from analysis of variance indicated that there were no differences on the most traits only with one exception between these two cytoplasms. DI (diffenentiation index) showed that it was less than the critical value. The analysis of variance lays emphasis on each single trait, but DI on the whole traits. Generally speaking, the Taigu cytoplasm caused the same effects in traits studied as the normal one.
