大豆抗豆秆黑潜蝇的鉴定方法及成虫产卵选择性的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 1985~1986年在南京农业大学江浦试验站进行大豆盆栽人工接虫试验。结果表明:利用田间自然虫源进行品种抗豆秆蝇性鉴定与盆栽笼罩人工接虫鉴定结果相对一致,田间鉴定是有效的,主茎分枝虫量是较稳定而优于全株虫量的抗性指标;豆秆蝇成虫产卵对大豆品种具有选择性,而且在同一植株上趋向在中、上部叶片上产卵;卵量与幼虫量间并无显著相关,因而抗蝇性可能主要不决定于产卵选择性,或许与抗生性有关。 In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the appraisal method of resistance to the pest under its natural population in the field and to study the adult ovipositional preference, three experiments were carried out in Jiangpu Agricultural Experiment Station, N. A. U. in 1985 and 1986. The results showed that it was appropriate to screen the varieties resistant to the pest under its natural population in th field by taking the maggot number in stem as an indicator; and that there significantly existed ovipositional preference of the adults to both varieties and positions of the leaves on a plant (upper and middle parts were preferred). There was no relationship between the number of eggs and the number of maggots, suggesting that resistance might be due to the antibiosis of soybean plant to maggots.
