优秀湖羊种公羊被毛特性的研究

STUDY ON THE FLEECE CHARACTERS OF HIGH-CLASS BREEDING RAMS OF HU SHEEP

对湖羊优秀种公羊与一般种公羊的被毛特性进行羊毛学分析。结果表明:不同种用价值的公羊在毛纤维类型、无髓毛/有髓毛比值,以及羊毛强度等指标均存在明显差异;毛样经氨基酸分析显示,不同种用价值的公羊与其羊毛中各种氨基酸含量无显著关系。

The fleece characters of high-class and ordinary breeding rams of Hu Sheep were evaluated.The results show the significant differences between the rams with different breeding values in the types of wool fiber, ratio of unmedullated fiber over medullated fiber and woolintensity etc., but no significant differences in amino-acid contents of wool.The present study provides a scientific basis for the efficient phenotype selection in Hu Sheep.
