摘要
经改进研制的807系弱毒菌苗除对火鸡和鸡安全有效外,对鸭和鹅也有良好的保护作用,安全性可靠。对鸭1~100亿活菌接种,经15天观察,既安全,又有较好的免疫性,2次免疫各1亿活菌,间隔15天,96天后攻毒,75%~80%保护。对鹅2~200亿活菌接种,经15天观察,安全性可靠,2次免疫各2亿活菌,间隔15天,80天后攻毒,100%保护。在禽霍乱流行鸭鹅群中作紧急接种,可迅速控制疫病继续发生,效果十分显著。
The improved fowl cholera, vaccine was asigned as st-rain 807. The efficiency of vaccination of the ducks and geese was as satisfactory as that of turkeys and chicken. By double doses of 1~2 hundred million living cells subq. injections to ducks or geese in interval of 15 days, 100% were protected, on challenge a week postvaccination, the controls all died. On challenge, 80 days postvaccination, 100% were protected; 98 days postvaccination, 80% were protected; 133~136 days postvaccination,50~60% were protected. When the vaccine was used in imergency control in the infected flocks of ducks or geese, 5 days later the maladies prominently diminished, and consequently the infectious all ceased. In field applications, the laying ducks or geese did not show decreasing egg production.
