摘要
本文运用系统方法和组织学原理,把中国农村各类组织作为一个整体来考察其结构、功能和运行特征。文章从农村组织系统历史演变过程的考察开始,而后对中国农村组织系统的现实运行作出评判,最后提出对该组织系统进一步改造和创新的构想。
The system method and organization principles were applied to investigate thestructure,functions and operational characteristics of the rural organization system.Begin-ning with the investigation of historical evolution process of the rural organization system,the authors evaluated its practical operation,and designed the deep reform and the furtherinnovation of rural organization systerm.
