摘要
排种系统是免耕播种机的重要组成部分,其性能直接影响到免耕播种机整体工作质量。导种管为排种系统最后一个环节,主要作用是将排种器排出的种子导入开沟器并使种子能够顺利落入种沟内,其投种位置和速度对排种系统的排种均匀性有较大影响。本文用离散元软件,对导种管施加直线运动和正弦振动,模拟玉米种子由颗粒工厂生成后,经过导种管下落到土地的过程。同时,经离散元后处理模块得到玉米种子在土地上的分布图、种子的运动轨迹及种子在导种管内运动的最小速度和种子离开导种管时的速度;并用origin软件得到种子在导种管内运动的最小速度与导种管高度的拟合曲线、种子离开导种管时的速度与导种管高度的拟合曲线。模拟结果表明:当免耕播种机作业速度为1.389m/s时,最佳导种管高度应为500mm。
The metering system is an important part of no tillage planter, its performance directly affects the overall quali-ty of the work of no tillage planter.Seed tube is the last link of metering system, the main role is to be discharged from the seed metering device into the opener and allow the seed to smoothly fall into a ditch, the investment for the position and speed of metering system metering has great influence on uniformity.In this paper, using the discrete element soft-ware, to guide tube applied linear motion and sinusoidal vibration, simulation of corn seeds generated by particle factory, after seed tube fall into the land of the process.Discrete element post-processing module obtains the distribution graph of corn seed in the ground and motion trajectory of seeds, seed left seed tube when the velocity at the minimum speed and seed seed guide tube movement;and use the origin software to obtain seeds at the minimum speed and a guide pipe mo-tion in pipe fitting curve, the seeds degree of the left guide tube with the speed at which a guide tube height fitting curve. The simulation results show that:no tillage seeding machine operation speed of 1.389m/s, the best guide tube height is about 500mm.
