摘要
利用Mat Lab/Simulink工具建立了农用高地隙作业机的液压转向系统模型并对其动态特性进行了仿真分析与验证。结果表明:在满足转向要求的情况下,转向器实际排量Dm和转阀阀芯直径d越小,系统的稳定性越高;有负载力持续作用时比空载时系统的稳定性要好,且恒值负载FL越大,液压缸活塞运动越平缓,系统的输出越稳定。研究结果为该作业机液压转向系统在元件选择及提高液压系统的可靠性上提供了理论依据。
Using Matlab / Simulink tools to build a working machine hydraulic agricultural Highland Gap steering system model and simulation analysis and verification of its dynamic characteristics. Conclusions indicate: In the case of satisfying the requirements of the steering,The actual displacement Dm and turn the diverter valve spool diameter d is smaller,the higher the stability of the system,When the stability of the system is better than the no- load when the load force while continuing role,The larger the value of the load FL,and the constant,the more smooth movement of the piston cylinder,the more stable the system output. Working machine hydraulic steering system on the component selection and improve the reliability of the hydraulic system provides a theoretical basis for the findings.
