基于模糊控制的播种机精密单体播深控制仿真研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了提高播种机单体播深控制的精度和速度及研究播种机作业过程中土壤的变化规律,设计了一种新的播种机单体控制系统,在播种自动化控制环节中引入了模糊算法和PID闭环控制,建立了播深模糊控制的数学模型,并通过多软件联合仿真的方式对控制系统进行了仿真实验,验证了算法的有效性和可靠性。利用MatLab线性回归算法得到播深和施加力的线性回归方程,通过播深的反馈调节对施加力进行模糊控制,使用Mat Lab模糊控制工具箱设置了控制参数,最终实现播种机精密PID闭环控制。应用Pro/E软件设计了精密播种机三维参数化模型,将模型导入到ADAMS软件中进行了运动仿真,将结果和Mat Lab计算得到的结果进行对比发现:其误差小于10%,说明仿真结果是可靠的。 In order to improve the sowing depth control precision and speed,change the rule of soil operations process,it designs a new control system of monomer sowing machine,automatic control links in seeding by introducing fuzzy algorithm and PID closed loop control. It has established the mathematical model of deep seeding based on fuzzy control,and it research on the control system of simulation experiments to verify the validity of the reliability of the algorithm. By using Matlab linear regression algorithm,it can obtain the sowing depth and force. By applying linear regression equation,it gets the feedback through the sowing depth regulation for the applied force and fuzzy control. By using the Matlab toolbox to set control parameters,it realizes the ultimate precision PID closed loop control of seeder. Three dimensional parameter precision seeding machine model was designed by using Pro / E software,the model is imported into ADAMS software in order to carry on the movement simulation. The calculated results and the Matlab results were compared,and it was found that the error is less than 10%,which shows the reliability of the simulation results.
