摘要
对5TG-100型油菜脱粒机进行了田间性能测试,分析了其脱粒时存在的问题,对其进行相应的改进,并对改进后的脱粒机进行性能测试。结果表明:改进后的脱粒机总损失率为4.83%,破碎率为1.30%,清洁率为99.93%,总损失率与清洁率明显优于原机,破碎率与原机持平,脱粒、清选效果好。
This paper discussed the problems about the 5TG- 100 rape thresher based on its performance test. And we modified the 5TG- 100 rape thresher to solve the problems,the performance test of the improved rape thresher was also carried out. The test show that the total loss rate is 4. 83%,broken rate is 1. 30%,and the cleaning ability is 99. 93%,the total loss rate and the cleaning ability of the improved rape thresher are better than the 5TG- 100's,and the broken rate is same. The improved rape thresher is more better at threshing and selecting.
