江西丘陵山区水稻机械化生产综合效益分析

Comprehensive Benefit Analysis on Mechanization of Rice Production in Hills and Mountains in Jiangxi

旨在评价分析江西丘陵山区水稻机械化生产综合效益,为进一步推广应用水稻全程机械化生产技术提供参考。通过实地调研,发现江西丘陵山区水稻生产存在小型农机具数量多、机具质量较差及大中型农机具少等问题,并选取水稻机插秧模式和人工抛秧模式为重点研究对象,对比分析两者的综合效益。结果表明:水稻机插秧模式省工、节本增产效果明显;同时,提出丘陵山区下一步应在推广应用现有农机具的基础上,加快推广适合丘陵山区水田作业农机具,使农机农艺配套技术成为丘陵山区主要推广方向。

Evaluating the overall efficiency of mechanized rice production in hills and mountains in Jiangxi were analyzed in order to provide a reference for the further application of full mechanization of rice production technology. Through field research,This paper found that there are problems in rice production in Jiangxi hills and mountains: small quantity of farm machinery,poor quality equipment,small number of medium- sized farm machinery. The paper selects rice planting machinery mode and the artificial seedling throwing mode as a key research,comparative analysis on both overall efficiency. The results obviously showed that rice planting machinery mode would save time,reduce costs and increase yield. This paper concludes with recommendations,the next step should be to speed up promoting the use of farm machinery with hilly characteristics in the hills and mountains,agricultural agronomic supporting technologies should become the main direction of the promotion in hills and mountains.
