摘要
针对吊篮式移栽机在工作时稳定性差及套种模式下适应性差等问题,将槽型轨道机构运用到传统吊篮式移栽机中,设计了一种槽型轨道式新型移栽机。为验证该新型移栽机工作原理的可行性,运用Pro/E软件进行虚拟样机设计,并在ADAMS仿真软件中进行了装配模型的运动学仿真。仿真结果表明:槽型轨道式新型移栽机满足套种模式下的秧苗移栽要求。
Aiming at the poor stability and the problem of poor adaptability of interplanting mode etc when nacelle type transplanting machine is working,the groove type rail mechanism was applied to traditional nacelle type transplanting machine by designing a groove type rail type transplanter. In order to verify the feasibility of working principle of the model of transplanting machine,virtual prototype used Pro / E software to design virtual prototype and carried on the kinematics simulation of the assembly model in ADAMS simulation software in this paper. According to the final simulation results,the groove type rail in transplanting machine meet the seedling transplanting interplanting mode.
