摘要
为了获得树莓振动采收时的工作参数,选取果枝振动夹持位置、振幅、频率为影响因素,树莓的采收率、采青率为性能指标,采用二次正交旋转组合试验方法,建立了各因素与采收率、采青率的数学模型。同时,通过响应曲面分析各因素对各性能指标的影响,并对采收参数进行优化,获得振动采收的最佳工作参数。结果表明:当振动频率15~19Hz、振幅21~26mm、振动位置0.5时,树莓的采收率大于70%,采青率小于16%。试验所获得的振动采收工作参数为树莓采收机械的研制提供了依据。
In order to obtain the outstanding performance and the optimal parameters of the raspberry harvesting mechanism,quadratic orthogonal rotational combinational design was conducted. The factors in this research were selected as location,amplitude and frequency. Raspberry harvesting rate and immature raspberry harvesting rate were objective indexes. The regression models between indexes and factors were developed by using design- expert software. The interactions of factors on the indexes were analyzed by the response surface method. An optimum combination of input parameters was obtained with the region of frequency 15 ~ 19 Hz,amplitude 21 ~ 26 mm and a location of 0. 50. The optimum combination parameters may result in the raspberry harvesting rate above 70%,immature raspberry harvesting rate under16%. The results offer the information for the development and design of raspberries harvest mechanical system.
