摘要
针对垦区工厂化育秧生产自动化与信息化的需求,为了促进育秧生产和管理效率、及时掌握育秧环境的参数,设计了一套基于Modbus的智能监控系统。该系统PC机与育秧大棚主机监控器之间采用无线的形式进行通信,通过监控中心就可以对育秧环境参数进行监测;主机监控器与从机采集器之间采用Modbus协议的RS4 8 5总线方式进行通信。该系统还具有喷灌和卷帘自动控制功能。同时,利用嵌入式微处理器技术、自动控制技术、通信技术和传感器技术相结合的方式,实现对育秧环境的实时监测,进而对秧苗的生长环境进行合理调控,以提高其品质。
Reclamation for seedling production factory automation and information needs,in order to promote seedling production and management efficiency,to grasp the parameters seedling environment,we design the intelligent monitoring system based on MODBUS,using the wireless connection between the PC and the greenhouse controller the form of communication,through the monitoring center can monitor environmental parameters for seedlings. Between the master and the collector using MODBUS protocol RS485 bus way to communicate. The system also has automatic sprinkler and shutter control. The use of embedded microprocessor technology,automatic control technology,communications technology and sensor technology combination,to achieve real- time monitoring of the environment seedlings,seedling growth and thus on the environment and reasonable regulation to improve its quality.
