摘要
贮藏减损是马铃薯产地初加工亟需解决的关键难题之一。在界定马铃薯贮藏减损潜力概念的基础上,从技术性、匹配性、效果性、延展性4个角度出发,构建了马铃薯贮藏减损潜力评价三级指标体系。以内蒙古乌兰察布市为例,运用网络层次分析法(ANP),对传统土窖、土石混合窖、"非"字型自然通风窖、大库型自然通风窖和气调库5种马铃薯贮藏模式的减损潜力进行了评价。结果表明:"非"字型自然通风窖具有最佳贮藏减损潜力,建议国家将有限的资源集中投入到通风窖尤其是"非"字型自然通风窖的补贴建设上,快速提升北方寒地马铃薯产地贮藏减损能力。
Minimizing loss is a key problem during the post- harvest stage. On the basis of determining the concept of potentiality in minimizing loss,the paper establishes a 3- level evaluation system including technology index,matching index,and extending index. Then,the paper evaluate the potentialities in minimizing losses of five storage facilities of traditional underground cave,stone- mud mixed cave,'Fei- style'natural ventilation cave,big natural ventilation cave and air- conditioned warehouse distributed in the city of Wulanchabu,Inner Mongolia. The evaluation results indicated that 'Fei- style'natural ventilation cave is number one in the potentiality of minimizing losses. We suggest that the limited subsidies should be input to this kind of cave so as to improve the capability of minimizing losses during potato storage in the cold districts of North China.
