摘要
吊杯式栽植器是吊杯式移栽机的核心部件,其结构尺寸及运动规律直接影响到秧苗的栽植质量。为了使移栽机在工作过程中减小打穴穴口的尺寸,从而减小对地膜的损害程度,从栽植器的结构与尺寸参数入手,对吊杯的结构安排及各零部件的尺寸进行了改进,利用Pro/E完成了修改后的三维模型;同时,利用pro/program对修改过后的栽植器整体进行了参数化设计,分析了空间凸轮的大小、形状的改变对栽植器杯嘴开合幅度的影响,确定了各参数之间的关系。为适应不同作物的农艺要求,当投苗杯大小发生改变时,吊杯各零部件在保证栽植质量的前提下完成相应的变化,无需重新建立和装配模型,为后续运动仿真节省了重复建模的时间。其研究结果为进一步优化栽植器的结构提供了理论依据。
Dibble- type transplanting device is a core component of dibble- type transplanter,the structural size and rules of movement directly affect the quality of seedling planting. In order to reduce the foveolar size during the working process,thereby reducing the film damage,from the structure and size parameters of transplanter,improved the structural arrangement and the size of the components,using PRO / E to complete the three- dimensional model modified,using pro / grogram completed the parameterized design for whole planter improved,analyzes the influence that spatial cam size and shape changes for transplanter cup mouth closing amplitude,determined the link between the various parameters,In order to meet the requirements of different crops of agronomic,when dropping seedling cup size changed,the components in the dibble- type transplanting device will complete the corresponding changes under the planting quality,it is not need to re- establish the model,saved the time for motion simulation. The research results provide a theoretical basis for further optimization of transplanter.
