摘要
基于土壤液化原理的荸荠采收船是集挖掘、清洗、装箱于一体的荸荠采收设备,可大大提高荸荠的采收效率,其核心结构是挖掘器。挖掘器的挖掘齿和振松齿周期分布在筒体上,即挖掘器是周期对称结构。但因各种因素,实际上的挖掘器并不是理想化的周期对称结构,而是存在小量失谐的类周期结构,即失谐周期结构,失谐使结构出现模态局部化现象。为此,分别建立了质量失调和刚度失调有限元模型,用ANSYS Workbench分别研究了质量失调和刚度失调对挖掘器振动特性的影响。结果表明:挖掘器微小的失调量会产生模态局部现象,且对各阶模态影响程度不同。
The water chestnut harvesting ship is a kind of chestnut harvesting device which can dig,clean,pack and improve the water chestnut harvesting efficiency. Its core structure is the digging device. The digging tooth and vibrating tooth of digging device period distribute on the barrel namely a periodic symmetrical structures. Due to various factors,the virtual digging device is not an ideal periodically symmetrical structures,but a quasi- periodic structure that has a small disorder namely a periodic structure,which can cause localization of vibration modes. The influence of stiffness disorder and quality disorder on vibration characteristics via ANSYS workbench. The result shows that a small disorder of the digging device can cause mode localization,and has different influences on different modes.
