摘要
为解决在丘陵山区使用的小型双行玉米联合收获机上带穗玉米植株立姿输送的问题,分析了其收获原理,利用自制割台性能试验台验证了在选定的参数下,该割台装置在室内台架试验中具有较好的收获性能。同时,完成了在小型双行玉米收获机上的配置并进行田间试验。试验结果表明:该割台装置输送质量可满足收获需求并对倒伏状态的玉米植株具有较好的适应性。
In order to solve the problem of corn transport with ear on standing position of the double row corn harvester used in hilly area,This research analysis the principle of the operation and using the self- designed header performance test- bed validate this header has a better function in the indoor test with the selected parameters. The field test has been carried out when the optimal parameters were using to the double row corn harvester,it turns out that the quality of corn transport could content the harvest requirement and this header could adapted the lodging of corns.
