计算机远程控制式玉米果穗干燥太阳能集热装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 为缩短玉米果穗的干燥制种时间及降低玉米果穗的干燥成本,充分利用太阳资源,设计了一种计算机远程控制式的小型太阳能集热玉米果穗干燥装置。装置采用计算机局域网远程控制,实现了太阳能集热器干燥装置的风机风速调节,提高了玉米果穗干燥的自动化操作水平。为了实现该功能,本次研究基于Pstools工具包、Socket网络通信及远程唤醒技术设计实现一个局域网计算机远程控制系统。该系统具有远程开关机和创建操作进程等管理功能,大大提高了机械化生产的管理效率。最后,对传统的干燥装置和本文设计的玉米果穗干燥装置的干燥效率进行了测试。结果表明:本设计的太阳能集热器干燥装置最快降水率达到了0.132%,最短干燥时间仅为6.1h,满足玉米果穗等农产品的贮藏、制种干燥要求,为农业现代化生产机械的研究提供了理论参考。 In order to shorten the time for drying seed corn ear,reducing the cost of drying corn ear,the full use of resources,the design of a small solar a computer remote control type heat collecting corn ear drying device. The remote control device of computer local area network,the fan speed solar drying device for heat regulation,improve the level of automation of the corn ear drying. In order to realize the function,the study is based on the realization of a LAN of computer remote control system design Pstools kit,Socket network communication and remote wake- up,the system has a remote switch machine and create operation process management function,can greatly improve the production management efficiency. The drying efficiency and finally to the traditional drying device and the design of the corn ear drying device for testing,found that the design of the corn ear solar drying device for heat faster precipitation rate reached 0.132% by the test,the shortest drying time is only 6. 1 hours,corn and other agricultural products to meet the requirements of the storage,seed drying,to provide a theoretical reference for the research of agricultural modernization of production machinery.
