摘要
在综合研究国内外中耕作业相关机具研究现状的基础上,针对东北垄作区的区域特点,结合玉米小垄单行种植模式的农艺特点及玉米苗期中耕松土作业的特殊要求,设计了一种玉米苗期中耕松土装置,并开展玉米苗期中耕松土装置关键技术研究,完成了样机的试制与试验。结果表明:锥形钉齿盘基本实现了其设计功能,在垄侧创造了用于松土升温蓄水保墒的孔状结构,各项作业指标达到了中耕松土的设计要求。
The paper based on comprehensiveresearching the research status of inter-till operation machine at home and abroad,aimed at state character of the northeast ridge area and combined with the agronomic character of one row in a small ridge cropping pattern and the special requirement about corn inter-tillage ripping operation in seedling period,a new corn inter-tillage ripping device in seedling period has been designed. Complete the prototype test and experiment,the main work content and the results of the test results show as follows: taper pin tooth plate to realize the function of its design,basic on the side of the ridge created for heating water soil conservaton dirt of pore structure. The operation indexes reached the design requirements of cultivating scarification.
