摘要
为了在有限元分析软件中模拟玉米秸秆粉料,建立了秸秆粉料的D-P材料本构模型,并通过三轴压缩试验确定了秸秆粉料的粘聚力及内摩擦角。在三维建模软件中建立了秸秆粉料和单模孔成型模具的简化分析模型,利用有限元分析软件中的热应力耦合分析来模拟秸秆粉料在模具模孔中被挤压的全过程。根据分析得到的玉米秸秆粉料模型被挤压后的变形及受力的规律,确定了秸秆粉料的变形特点、受力特点和时间-应变关系,并进行了试验验证,为模具的设计提供了依据。
In order to simulate the corn stalk powder in the finite element analysis software,this article established the constitutive model of corn stalk powder which based on the D- P yield criteria,and the corn stalk powder's cohesive force and it's friction angle were got by triaxial compression tests. The simplified analysis model of corn stalk powder and single die hole mould was created in three-dimensional( 3D) modeling software,and the thermal stress coupling analysis of this mould was done in the finite element analysis software to simulate the whole extrusion process of the corn stalk powder. According to the deformation and the force reaction and the fictional stress of this model,the deformation features and the mechanical characteristics of the corn stalk powder and the time- strain curve were determined and tested which provide foundations to the design of the mould.
