摘要
针对温室自动化苗床输送系统在苗床运输过程中不能连续运输苗床的问题,提出了一种新的自动化苗床运输机构,利用双推杆解决不能够连续运输的问题。为此,介绍了自动化苗床输送系统的工作原理、机构的组成、控制系统的硬件组成和PLC编程。样机试验结果表明:该系统具有运行稳定、可靠性高、操作简单及维修方便等优点,具有较高的推广和使用价值。
n order to solve the problems that the greenhouse automated seedbed conveying system can't continuous transport seedbed in the process of seedbed transport. We proposed a new automated seedbed conveying mechanism,which is using double push rod to solve the problems. Application and implementation of the PLC in the automated seedbed conveying control system were studied. The main contents include the working principle of the conveying system,the formations of the mechanism,the hardware components of the control system and the program with PLC. The experimental results from prototype indicates that the system is capable of stable operation and high reliability,it is easy to operate and maintenance,the promote value and the use value are relatively high.
